1. Definitions

• “Seller”, “we”, “us” refers to Nicolae E Mocanu PFA t/a Julyshop, who sells the goods listed on this site.
• “Buyer”, “you” refers to the individual or business buying through this site.
• “Item” refers to anything listed for sale, whether it is one thing or a group of things sold together.
• “Price” refers to what you pay for an Item: the price shown on it, the amount of your winning bid, or the amount of an offer we have accepted.
• “Order” refers to a completed purchase, including delivery and VAT where they apply.

2. Buying From This Shop

• Most Items here have a price on them. Add what you want to your basket and check out, and the sale is made when we confirm your Order.
• Where an Item shows a quantity, that quantity is what we have. If something sells out between you adding it to your basket and paying, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.
• Where an Item invites offers, an offer is not a sale until we accept it. Once we accept, the Price is fixed at the offer amount and the Item is yours to pay for.
• We describe Items as accurately as we can, including anything about their condition a buyer would want to know. Photographs are of the actual Item unless the listing says otherwise.
• We may correct an obvious error in a price or description, or withdraw an Item, at any point before we confirm your Order.

3. If You Are Bidding

This section applies only to Items listed as auctions. If everything you are buying has a price on it, it does not apply to you.

• A bid is a binding offer to buy. If yours is the highest bid when the auction ends, and any reserve has been met, you are committed to the purchase.
• A reserve is the lowest amount we will accept for an Item. If bidding ends below it, the Item is unsold.
• We may refuse a bid, withdraw an Item, or cancel a sale where there is good reason to, such as an error in the listing or a bid we believe was not made in good faith.
• Bidding closes at the time shown on the Item, subject to any extension the listing describes.

4. Payment

• You pay the Price, plus delivery and VAT where they apply. Everything owed is shown before you confirm.
• Delivery is charged once per Order rather than once per Item, and is calculated at checkout.
• Larger or awkward Items may need a separate delivery quote or collection in person. Where that is the case the listing says so, and we agree the arrangement with you before the Item is sent.
• Payment is taken by card at checkout. Where an Item is won at auction or bought by accepted offer, payment is due within 7 days.
• If an Order is not paid for within that time we may cancel it and offer the Item to somebody else.

5. Your Rights

• Goods sold to consumers are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015: they must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
• Buying online usually gives a consumer 14 days from delivery to change their mind and return an Item for a refund, whether or not there is anything wrong with it. Some things are excluded, including Items made or personalised to your order and Items that cannot be returned once opened for reasons of hygiene.
• Where an Item was won at auction, the right to change one's mind may not apply. Your rights if an Item is faulty or not as described are unaffected either way.
• Used and second hand Items are sold in the condition described. Wear consistent with the description is not a fault, but anything we failed to describe is.
• Return postage for a change of mind is yours to pay unless we say otherwise. Return postage for something faulty or misdescribed is ours.

6. Refunds and Problems

• Tell us within 14 days of delivery if an Item is not as described, and we will put it right by repair, replacement or refund.
• Refunds go back to the payment method used, normally within 14 days of us receiving the Item back or of you showing that it has been sent.
• If we cannot agree, either of us may ask for independent mediation before taking the matter further.

7. Delivery and Collection

• Delivery is calculated at checkout for the whole Order. Where a listing offers collection instead, we will arrange a time with you.
• We aim to send Orders promptly and will give you tracking details where the service provides them.
• Risk in an Item passes to you once it has been delivered or collected.
• Anything you arrange yourself with your own courier is at your own risk and cost.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a purchase.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited in law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
